Hello! I’m Jane (she/her), the person behind Saint Marrow.

Everything you see here is built, designed, assembled, created and dreamt up in San Francisco California by me.

I think of myself as a curator/collector first, and a creator/artist second. I have a very strong aesthetic point of view and a consistent inner world that I express and like to share with others through my collections.

You’ll see the same themes consistently throughout all of my work.

Death & dying & decay. Mourning. Nature. Teeth & eyes & hands. Vampires. Locks & keys. Cheeky references to devils & luck. Skulls & bones.

Instead of working in only one medium, I learn new mediums and techniques as a way to express my ideas. Some of my current mediums are sewing, embroidery, digital drawing, Victorian-inspired hairwork, taxidermy, and good old fashioned pencil-and-sketchbook drawings.
